ব্রিটিশ বাংলাদেশী মুসলিম কমিউনিটির এক অবিস্মরণীয় নেতার চিরবিদায়

নিউজ ডেস্ক :ব্রিটেনের মুসলিম কমিউনিটির অফুরন্ত শ্রদ্ধা ও ভালবাসায় চিরনিদ্রায় শায়িত হলেন ব্রিটিশ বাংলাদেশী মুসলিম কমিউনিটির অন্যতম নেতা, মরহুম হাজী আবুল হোসেইন (সভাপতি, ঐতিহাসিক ব্যারিপার্ক জামে মসজিদ, লুটন)।

তিনি তাঁর সমগ্র জীবন উৎসর্গ করেছেন মসজিদ ও মাদ্রাসার খেদমতে, ইসলামের শিক্ষা, দর্শন ও সংস্কৃতির প্রসারে। ছিলেন একজন সম্মানিত ইসলামী চিন্তাবিদ, উলামায়ে কেরামের মুরব্বী এবং সমাজে সালিশকারীরূপে সুপরিচিত।

তার জানাজায় ব্রিটেনের বিভিন্ন শহর থেকে হাজারো মুসল্লি, উলামায়ে কেরাম ও কমিউনিটি নেতৃবৃন্দ উপস্থিত হয়ে শেষ শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন করেন। উপস্থিতরা অশ্রুসিক্ত কণ্ঠে স্মরণ করেন তাঁর অবদান—
“তিনি চলে গেলেন আমাদের এতিম করে, আমরা আজ সত্যিই অভিভাবকহীন।

অছিয়ত অনুযায়ী জানাজা শেষে মরহুমকে তাঁর পিতার কবরের পাশে, লুটন কাউন্সিলের বাটারফিল্ড মুসলিম কবরস্থানে চিরনিদ্রায় শায়িত করা হয়।

মরহুম আমাদের মাঝে নেই, তবে তাঁর দান, অবদান ও সেবামূলক কর্ম চিরকাল ব্রিটিশ বাংলাদেশী মুসলিম কমিউনিটিতে বেঁচে থাকবে।

Farewell to a Distinguished Leader of the British Bangladeshi Muslim Community

With immense love and respect, the British Bangladeshi Muslim community bids farewell to Haji Abul Hossain, President of the historic Barrie Park Jame Masjid, Luton.

He dedicated his entire life to serving mosques and madrasas, promoting Islamic philosophy, education, and culture. He was a respected Islamic thinker, a senior scholar, and a trusted mediator within the community.

Thousands of worshippers, scholars, and community leaders from across Britain attended his Janazah to pay their final respects. With tearful voices, they remembered his legacy, saying:
“He has left us orphans; we are now truly without our guardian.”

As per his final wish, he was laid to rest beside his father at the Butterfield Muslim Cemetery, Luton.

Though Haji Abul Hossain is no longer with us, his unforgettable contributions and lifelong service will forever remain alive in the hearts of the Muslim community.
